What a night at Youth Fest 2026 After Hours After Market! 🎉

We were thrilled to bring Insectyumz to Yio Chu Kang Community Club and introduce even more people to the world of edible insects.

And yes… the honeybees and silkworms definitely got people talking. 🐝🪱

From our Tom Yum Crickets and Original Mealworms to Spicy Locusts, Black Crickets, Silkworms and Honeybees — there was plenty for visitors to discover and, most importantly, try for themselves.

The best part?

Seeing the reactions.

Some were curious.
Some were hesitant.
Some took the first bite with a very brave face. 😂

And quite a few came back for another taste!

That is exactly why we love doing these community events.

Food innovation starts with curiosity.

You don’t have to immediately love the idea of eating insects.

You just have to be willing to ask:
