After making our way through supermarkets, restaurants, schools, cafes and hawker stall, our edible insects have finally arrived at the hotel!
We’re excited to be supplying the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel for their Phuket Flavourscape Buffet. This is the first time a hotel in Singapore has featured edible insects on their menu!
The menu features delicious dishes like Silkworm Thai Basil Pizza and Crispy Cricket Onion Quiche. Thai food lovers definitely won’t want to miss this!
