2nd October 2024 – Insectyumz – Insect Food Pte Ltd is excited to announce the introduction of our third and fourth edible insect species: Silkworm Pupae (Bombyx Mori) and Locust (Locusta Migratoria Migratorioides)
Once again, we are proud to be officially the first to legally import Edible Silkworm Pupae and Locusts into Singapore complete with Health Certification for human consumption.
Since the SFA announced the approval of edible insects on July 8th 2024, we have promised to introduce a diverse array of edible species from around the world to Singapore and to bring these products here as quickly as possible.

3. Silkworm Pupae (Arranged for SFA Inspection)
